Whether you’re looking for ballet, barre, a good cardio burn, or a way to stretch it out in the middle of your week, we can’t wait to see you in our new studio at Buddy Holly Hall!
Monday and Wednesday | 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Our Adult Beginning Ballet class is suitable for the beginning adult with no experience as well as students who would like to work in a slower paced environment.
Our Adult Intermediate Ballet class is suitable for the adult with some dance experience who are looking to re-ignite their skills, as well as students who would like to work in a faster paced environment.
All Adult Ballet participants are welcome to switch between classes at any time!
Join us for Stretch on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Through whole-body stretching focusing on legs, hips, back, and arms as well as occasional myofascial release using foam rollers, you’ll leave class feeling renewed and refreshed. Stretch will increase flexibility, range of motion, and will conclude with a relaxation segment.
Thursday | 7-8 p.m.
Combined with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training, Barre uses ballet-inspired moves to target large, lower-body muscle groups, while also adding in elements of core and upper-body strength training. The class is low impact and adaptable to any age and fitness ability. While moves are ballet-inspired, no dance background is necessary.
Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous practice that wakes up your body and increases your heart rate. It is designed to stimulate your body and mind while improving flexibility and overall strength. In this class, you can expect high energy, playfulness, and inspiration to get your body moving and clear your mind.
Monday | 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Aerobics is back bigger, better, and HIGHer. Experience a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop action packed hour of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high, or you can go low, but you will always leave on a HIGH!
