Helen Duncum

Executive Director

Helen Duncum returns to Ballet Lubbock with a decade of experience in marketing, nonprofit management, and program direction. Skilled in team leadership, she excels in operations management, fundraising, and staff training. With expertise in CRM management, social media, and marketing, Helen is a results-oriented professional known for driving growth and exceeding goals.

In her previous role as Associate Executive Director at YMCA of the Highland Lakes, Helen oversaw operations and goals for a 2000+ membership unit, including successful planning and execution of Day Camp programs. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Program Director, achieving significant enrollment growth while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. In addition to three years as Ballet Lubbock’s marketing manager from 2017-2020, Helen’s diverse experience includes project management, account strategy, marketing management, and event coordination across various industries and organizations.

With a proven track record of leadership and a commitment to nonprofit management, donor cultivation, and stewardship, Helen is excited to lead Ballet Lubbock into their next chapter.
