Nicholas Dragga, Executive Director
Nicholas joined the staff of Ballet Lubbock in May of 2009 and focuses on development and marketing the Ballet Lubbock brand. Nicholas graduated from Texas Tech University in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Music in music performance and composition, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in arts administration from Drexel University.

Matt Hardman, Office Manager
Matt is a doctoral student working toward a Ph.D. in Fine Arts in Music with Specialization in Arts Administration from Texas Tech University where he holds a Master of Arts with Specialization in Arts Administration. His undergraduate degree is from Stephen F. Austin State University with an emphasis in Public Relations. He has extensive experience in development, marketing, and public relations in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He has years of award winning coalition-based work where he recruited, educated, and activated local and statewide individuals, businesses and organizations.
